As a pet owner
- Sign in with the customer account.
- Open Home and tap a date on the calendar.
- Choose a pet, time slot, and service — confirm booking.
- View visits under Appointments; pets under Pets.
- Update your profile under Profile.
As clinic admin
- Sign in with the admin account.
- Review Appointments — filter by date, status, or range.
- Manage Customers and Staff from the sidebar.
- Use Add staff / Add admin for team accounts.
- Edit your profile under Settings.
